The project name is Café IT–Build IT and Café IT is the name of the coffee internet shop
located in the heart of LA City in CA State. Our group name is Café IT –Build IT, in this
project we care about all the IT and technical staff in this coffee internet shop.

3.1. The Problem:

-Technical service café IT contains certain conditions in addition to
customer requests.
-area 1: Need always to have a new set of games.
-area 2: Computer needs to be a variety of programmers and specific
for this purpose.
-Internet speed must be to serve the high end.
-our client looks to be the "No. 1" in coffee shop in the Los Angeles
downtown.
-Technical should serve this goal by watch quality and price of
competing for others all the time.
-Provision of high quality and at the same time maintains the low
price.
-Harness the technology in Café IT to Sell the largest number of the
membership of the café IT and Sell the largest number of hours
online.

3.2. The Solution

-Providing technical allow competition, through the provision of
appropriate high speed internet to play.
-The Games also provide modern developed that will attract the
public, which may not be available in their homes.
-Building official page for the project shows the services provided by
the most potential.
-Connecting the site to Google and yahoo because search engines that
cause an increase in customers.
-Lower prices for this technical reason to attract customers.

Our goal is to product a project, which must be acceptable as "complete" by the client.
This project is to complete with 2 months for no more then $40,000. The Client
representatives has responsibilities to supervise the project, and check out its design,
inputs, financial status, benefits, development, investment, test and deployment. If the
project does not meet their requirement, like takes a little longer to complete or costs a
little more than planned, the client will still accept it as a success if it has a good quality,
a good potential in investment and helps the client’s benefits on rise.
