The future lies in the hands of live streaming as the standard for remote
communication around the globe. On the other hand, MovieFlix, as a member of the
online-streaming industry specializing in movies, also have to face the recent
developments in the market. Incorporating several advanced features in this
business will help create a good bond with customers. Examples of such elements
are; video customer support for live Q&A whose purpose is to give immediate
feedback, online stream aggregators, among others.
My motive is to eradicate the problems affecting Movieflix by use of the necessary
resources and knowledge. It becomes a significant concern when a business is
