RESOLUTION FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF BARANGAY STREET SWEEPER

RESOLUTION NO.1
YEAR 2018

WHEREAS: Sangguniang Barangay are nabdated to maintain peace and order and
preserve the comfort and convenience of their inahbaitants pursuant
to Sec. 16 of RA. 7160 otherwise known as the local government Code
1991;

WHEREAS: Pursuant to Section 391 (Ka) (23) for the same law, Sangguniang
barangay are empowered to enact ordinance that shall “provide for
the delivery of basic services:

NOW THEREFORE: on Motion on Sangguniang Barangay Kagawad Yolanda Alvia duty

seconded by Sangguniang Barangay Kagawad Pelita del Rosario, and
in compliance with the mandate of said provision of law,

RESOLVE is are hereby resolved to appointed the following as members of barangay St.Sweeper and
tasked to perform the following duties, issued this 2nd day of July 2018.

RESOLUTION NO. 02
YEAR 2018

WHEREAS: Sangguniang Barangay are mandated to maintain peace and order and
preserve the comfort and convenience of their inhabitants pursuant to Sec. 16
of RA .7160 otherwise known as the local Government Code 1991.

WHEREAS: THE Barangay 341 Lupon Members were chosen by reason of their integrity
impartiality, independence of mind, sense of fairness and reputation for
probity;

WHEREAS: After a careful pursue of their credentials it was ascertained that they posses
all the qualification and none disqualification;

NOW THEREFORE: On motion on Sangguniang Barangay Kagawad Arthur Quiambao duly

seconded by Kagawad Maricar Perez , and in compliance with the mandate of
said provision of Law.

RESOLVE as it is hereby resolved the following as members of Lupon tagapamayapa, issued this 2 nd
day of July , 2018.

RESOLUTION FOR THE RE-APPOINMENT & APPOINTING OF BARANGAY TANOD

RESOLUTION NO. 03
YEAR 2018

WHEREAS: Sangguniang Barangay are mandated to maintain peace and order and
preserve the comfort and Convenience of their inhabitants pursuant to Sec. 16
of RA.7160 otherwise known as the local Government Code 1991;

WHEREAS: Pursuant to Section 391 (a) of the same law Sangguniang barangay are
empowered to enact ordinances that shall provide for the organization of
community brigade, barangay tanod, or community service units as may
necessary;

WHEREAS: In compliance with the mandate of said provisions of law, a barangay tanod
brigade is hereby created in barangay 341. Which brigade shall assist on the
promotion of the General Welfare of barangay 341.

NOW THEREGORE: On motion on Sangguniang Barangay Kagawad Arthur Salandanan duly

seconded by Kagawad Norbie Tamondong.

RESOLVE as it is hereby resolved to appoint the following as members of the BArangay Tanod,
issued this 2nd day of July , 2018

seconded by Ernesto Abalos , and in compliance with the mandate of said

RESOLVE is are hereby resolved to appoint CECILIA NATIVIDAD and LEAH BOLONG as membered of
Barangay Care taker and tasked perform the following duties .
