Hello, my name is Dylan Eby. I'm going to tell you why you should hire me. You should

hire me because I'm a hard worker. I will get my job done and if I have a problem

instead of sitting there doing nothing I will go out and ask for help to get the job done. I

do my best when I work. I'll do what I need to do that day and not sit around doing

nothing or not sit on my phone all day. I do a good job with my hands and love working

with my hands so I wouldn't do anything to get fired. I would work hard everything single

day. I would never give up if I don't get it the first time, ill keep doing it until I get it right.

Anything you tell me to do ill stop what I'm doing and do what you told me too. I wouldn'

waste your time. I will complete the job when assigned. I wouldn't lie about anything. I

would always come in on time and leave when my hours are up. I don't get sick that

often so I wouldn't be taking days off, so ill be working when I work and get the job done

that needs to get done. I won't pull any excuses. If I enjoy the job than I would do

anything to keep the job. ​Hiring me will make you look smart and make your life easier.

So you should hire me instead of the other people because I will get the job done as

best as I could and won't ever do something dumb or make a mistake on it and if I do I

will fix it and do a better job on it
