 Reservation: 1,000,000 tons of copper ore ( prospecting proven）

 Average grade of Cu : 2.8%
 Estimated recovery yield : 95%
 Metal of Copper contained: 1,000,000 ×2.8% ×95%=26,600 tons
 Estimated grade of concentrate : 20%
 Estimated the output rate : 13.3%
 Tonnage of copper concentrate: 13.3%*1,000,000=133,000 tons
 Current price for the 20% (Cu) copper concentrate: around $1350 /ton

Average grade of copper as 1.26% in the ore whether is reliable. And also to confirm the grade of
concentrate, the recovery yield and output rate estimated and used in above calculation whether
will be achieved.

2. After the step 1, it has to do the feasible study to accurate the investment calculation to lower
and control the investment technically crisis as well as to avoid budget over running crisis.

3. If the feasibility study proves that it’s really feasible and profitable to do this project, Just follow
Xinhai’s Proposal to start step by step.

2、设计指标：①铜矿，硫化矿；②铜品位为 1.26%；③处理量 500tpd，破碎部分每天工作时间为 12h，主厂房每天工作时间为 24h；④原矿最大粒度为 250mm；
⑤浮选铜精矿产率暂时按照 6%设计，后期根据选矿试验结果再行调整；⑥该选厂生产总用水约为 1500m3/d，考虑蒸发量大，回水约为 1300m3/d。
2. 设计指标：①Copper ore,sulfide ore②Copper grade:1.26%③Capacity:500tpd④the working time of crushing part is 12h per day, the working time of main plant is
24h④the maximum particle size of raw ore is 250mm; ⑤The yield of copper concentrate floatation is tentatively designed as 6%, it will be adjusted later according to the
results of the ore dressing test;⑥The total water consumption of the plant is about 1500m3/d. Considering the large amount of evaporation, the amount of return water is
about 1300m3/d.

于无相关试验数据，暂时设计浮选前分级溢流浓度为 35%，浮选粗扫选总时间为 45min，精选每次作业为 8min，药剂制度待定，同样建议客户提供详细试验数据以
便于得到准确选型。
3. In the above scheme, the following points should be noted: ①Since the grinding fineness before floatation is not provided by customer, the fineness of grinding before
flotation in the above scheme is tentatively set at about 65% passing 200 mesh,the specific data also need to be verified in the ore dressing test; ②Since the nature of the
ore is unknown and the ore grindability cannot be determined,in the above scheme, the mill selection is tentatively designed based on the medium grindability, and it is
recommended to carry out the grindability test to obtain specific data;③For the floatation,since there is no relevant test data, The classification overflow concentration
before flotation is 35%, the total roughing and scavenging time of flotation is 45min, and the concentration time 8min each time. The agent system is to be determined. It is
also recommended that customers provide detailed test data to make accurate model selection.
