DESCRIPTION Creative & Design Team at ZS

The Role
We are looking for heavy weight designer who is a champion in communicating and can facilitate
the art direction and formatting of design deliverables and produce necessary communications
pieces in both print and digital environments for a wide range of clients.

To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, trends of the
industry, layout techniques and storytelling capabilities. Experience in executing design campaigns
from conception to production, using various channels like print, electronic and packaging.

Ultimately, you will ensure the design team promotes our brand through delivering high quality
pieces on tight deadlines. The ideal player is a proactive individual, with well-developed critical
thinking and design execution skills, who is able to process, react to, and solve problems in a timely
manner as they arise.

What will you do:

This is a senior level hands-on role, working in a team approach with other senior / junior
designers, interns and the creative lead on a variety of projects and assignments, along with the
business stakeholders and clients, at times. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual, with well-

manner as they arise.
