WITH DEED OF DONATION

This EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT made and entered into by and among:

VICTORIANA D. JORDAN, RENEE D. JORDAN, CONNIE J. SERVALLOS,

ALMA J. JAPITAN, EDNA D. JORDAN, LEA J. BLANCO, ALEJANDRO D. JORDAN,
NERI D. JORDAN and ANDIT D. JORDAN, all of legal age, Filipinos, and residents of
Governor Generoso, Davao Oriental, Philippines;

WITNESSETH:

That the above-named parties, are the only compulsory heirs of the late
RODOLFO B. JORDAN (deceased) who died without any will, on October 18, 2012 at the
Governor Generoso Municipal Hospital (as evidenced by the Death Certificate hereto
attached as Annex “A”);

That the said deceased at the time of his death is the registered owner of three (3)
parcels of land, one of which is co-owned with his sister (POTENCIANA B. JORDAN), all
properties are situated in Governor Generoso, Davao Oriental, and more particularly
described as follows:

That to their best knowledge and information, the said deceased left no debts;

That the parties hereto being all of legal age and with full civil capacity to contract,
hereby by these presents agree to adjudicate, as they hereby adjudicate, between
themselves in equal shares;

DONATION

That for and in consideration of public welfare and as a gesture of support to the
mission of the Department of Education, the DONORS hereby CONVEY and TRANSFER
by way of DONATION, unto the said DONEE, the Department of Education (DepEd),
SCHOOLS DIVISION OF CITY OF MATI, herein represented by its Schools Division
Superintendent, REYNALDO M. GUILLENA, two portions of lots covered by Original
Certificate of Title No. P-14495 and which under Survey Plan No. Psd-11-142722

identified as Lot No. 1945-B and Lot No. 1945-C, portions of Lot 1945, Cad-600
particularly described above, which shall be used as school site for BADIANG
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL;

That we hereby affirm that we have executed the foregoing instrument out of our
own voluntary free will without force, intimidation or violence upon our person, that we
have hereby received their just and proper share and have no claim or demand against
one another.
