THE GRAND JURY CHARGES:
From a time unknown to the grand jury but at least by November 1, 2017, up to

and including July 18, 2018, in the District of South Carolina, the Defendant, RANDALL

G. SCOTT, then being an unlawful user of a controlled substance as defined in Title 21,

United States Code, Section 802, knowingly did possess in and affecting commerce,

firearms and ammunition, that is:

(1) Glock, Model 27, .40 caliber pistol;

(2) Mossberg, Model M590A1, 12 gauge shotgun;

(3) Palmetto Armory, PA-15, 5.56 NATO rifle;

(4) Remington, Model 870 Magnum, 12 gauge shotgun;

(5) FNH, Model FNS-9, 9mm pistol;

(6) Smith and Wesson, Bodyguard, .38_Q caliber pistol;

(7) High Standard, Model Hombre, .22 caliber pistol;

(8) Glock, Model 22, .40 caliber pistol;

(9) Springfield Armory, XDS, 9mm pistol;

(10) H&R, Model 929, .22 caliber pistol; and

(11) .22 caliber ammunition,

all of which had been shipped and transported in interstate and foreign commerce;

In violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 922(g)(3) and 924(a)(2).

FORFEITURE

FIREARM OFFENSE:

Upon conviction for the felony violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section

922(g)(3) as charged in this Indictment, the Defendant, RANDALL G. SCOTT, shall forfeit

to the United States all of the Defendant's rights, titles, and interest in:

(a) any firearms and ammunition (as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 921) -

(1) involved in or used in any knowing violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922, or

violation of any other criminal law of the United States, or intended to be
used in a crime of violence.

PROPERTY:

Pursuant to Title 18, United States Code, Section 924(d)(1), and Title 28, United

States Code, Section 2461 (c), the property which is subject to forfeiture upon conviction

of the Defendant for the offense. charged in this Indictment includes, but is not limited to,

the following:
