Momma Lynn LLC announces it will merge existing music-related businesses with film, streaming
television, and unique internet content creation to form Momma Lynn Entertainment (MLE).

Poulsbo, WA, May 21, 2019 --(PR.com)-- The Momma Lynn family of businesses: Momma Lynn
Records, Momma Lynn Publishing, and Momma Lynn Management will merge its music-related
resources with Film, Streaming Television, Writer Services, and Internet Content Creators to form a
Creative Multi-Media Group called Momma Lynn Entertainment.

businesses. “We have always sought out creative alliances and partnerships right here in the Pacific
Northwest. Combining our musical interests with other forms of creative expression to form Momma
Lynn Entertainment is a natural evolution of our company.”
