The course deals with solving common financial problems. THE FOCUS IN ON EQUITY (SHARE) VALUATION, WITH
SOME ATTENTION

be applied in cases and projects involving listed companies. Topics include models of shareholder’s value, and a

* The college is implementing 50% passing grade percentage all throughout the grading system category. At the end of the semester, a student incurring
a grade of 3.0 and below means a passing grade while 3.1 and above is a failing grade.

II. Class Policies

1. Student decorum will be monitored by the instructor as provided in the NSU student handbook. Wearing complete school uniform is a must. For
male students, proper haircut is imposed and that wearing of earrings weird colored hair is not allowed.
2. Gadgets/devices and cellphones must be silent off or better yet be turned off to avoid class disturbance. No student is allowed to use mobile phones
or tablets inside the classroom except for academic referencing. If needed, the student can inform the teacher and can go out to answer phone
calls..
3. Before and after class starts, students must see to it that the classroom is clean and in order.
4. Electric fan/Air-condition unit and lights must be turned off after class, and writings on
the board must be erased.
5. Strict implementation of “Deadline” is a deadline for submission of requirements. Non-compliance will be deducted to the final score of the students.
6. Additional classroom policies will be identified and will be announced by the instructor as deemed to be important for classroom management in
order to smoothen the student academic performance.
