What data do we collect?

You can access the app without submitting any personally identifiable data. However, you many
voluntarily choose to provide us with identifiable personal data by sending us emails, including
through use of the contact forms within the app. The personally identifiable data that we would
collect from you if you so choose would typically include your name, the name of your
organisation and your email address.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide us with the data we collect. We collect and process data when you choose
to fill out a contact form or when you send us an e-mail or another electronic message.

How will we use your data?

When you fill out a contact form or when you send us an e-mail or another electronic message,
your information will be stored for the processing of the request, for possible follow-up
questions or for other related questions and will only be used to follow up with the request. We
do not share your data with third parties.

How do we store your data?

Where you have chosen to provide data to us through the app, we securely store your data and
any correspondence between us on an encrypted email server. To prevent unauthorized access
and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place physical, electronic, and
managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Our efforts to
secure this data are ongoing.
For how long do we store your data?

Your data will generally only remain stored for as long as the purpose of the relevant data
processing requires it. Storage beyond that is possible when it is necessary for us to safeguard
our rights, for our other legitimate interests, or if we are compelled by law to keep your data
stored (for example, based on tax-law requirements to maintain files).

What are your data protection rights?

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user
is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request from us copies of your personal data. We
may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you
believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request us to complete the information you
believe is incomplete.

The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under
certain conditions.

The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that we restrict the processing
of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to our processing of your
personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we
have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you. If you would like to exercise any of
these rights, please contact us at our email: bis@globalrightscompliance.co.uk.
