What data do we collect?

You can access the app without submitting any personally identifiable data. However, you many
voluntarily choose to provide us with identifiable personal data by sending us emails, including
through use of the contact forms within the app. The personally identifiable data that we would
collect from you if you so choose would typically include your name, the name of your
organisation and your email address.

You directly provide us with the data we collect. We collect and process data when you choose
to fill out a contact form or when you send us an e-mail or another electronic message.

When you fill out a contact form or when you send us an e-mail or another electronic message,
your information will be stored for the processing of the request, for possible follow-up
questions or for other related questions and will only be used to follow up with the request. We
do not share your data with third parties.

Where you have chosen to provide data to us through the app, we securely store your data and
any correspondence between us on an encrypted email server. To prevent unauthorized access
and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place physical, electronic, and
managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Our efforts to
secure this data are ongoing.
