Galatians 4:14 And my temptation which was in my

flesh ye despised not, nor rejected; but received
me{Paul} as an angel of God, even as Christ Jesus.
" The angels are represented as flying in the midst of heaven,

proclaiming to the world a message of warning, and having a
direct bearing upon the people living in the last days of this earth’s
history. No one hears the voice of these angels, for they are a
symbol to represent the people of God who are working in
harmony with the universe of heaven. Men and women,
enlightened by the Spirit of God and sanctified through the truth,
proclaim the three messages in their order. {2SM 387.1}"
In a special sense Seventh-day Adventists have been
set in the world as watchmen and light bearers. To
them has been entrusted the last warning for a
perishing world. On them is shining wonderful
light from the Word of God. They
have been
given a work of the most solemn
import--the proclamation of the first,
second, and third angels' messages.
There is no other work of so great
importance. They are to allow nothing else to
absorb their attention.--9T 19 (1909). {LDE 45.3}
our work is to benefit our fellow-men,
we are not to travel over the track of
opponents to the truth, but to
sound the message of the third
angel, who is flying in the midst of
heaven, proclaiming the note of
warning, the commandments of God,
and the testimony of Jesus Christ.

What is this Everlasting Gospel ?
This gospels is called

The Saviour came to glorify
the Father by the
demonstration of His love;
so the Spirit was to glorify
Christ by revealing His
grace to the world. The
very image of God is to be
reproduced in humanity.
The honor of God, the
honor of Christ, is involved
in the perfection of the
character of His people.

The final demonstration of what the
gospel can do in and for humanity is
still in the future. Christ showed the
way. He took a human body, and in that
body demonstrated the power of God.
Men are to follow His example and
prove that what God did in Christ, He
can do in every human being who
submits to Him. The world is awaiting
this demonstration. (Romans 8: 19)

His plan. He will have shown Himself

In all of our Christian experience
we have left little loopholes along
here and there for sin. We have
never dared to come to that place
where we would believe that the
Christian life should be a sinless
life. We have not dared to believe
it or preach it. But in that case we

not understand the power of
justification by faith

universe that He can so
take possession of sinful
flesh as to manifest His

selves shall not appear to
influence or affect anybody;

of glory,’—God manifest in
sinful flesh.
The Saviour took upon Himself
the infirmities of humanity and
LIVED A SINLESS LIFE, that
men might have no fear that
because of the weakness of
human nature they could not
overcome. Christ came to make
us "partakers of the divine
nature," and His life declares
that HUMANITY, COMBINED
WITH DIVINITY, DOES NOT
COMMIT SIN.

world. Christ attained it in

There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out

fear, because fear involves torment. But he who

God is trying to lead us back, step by
step, to His original design—that man
should subsist upon the natural

meat-eating will eventually be done

in view, and endeavor to work steadily

Let the diet reform be progressive. Let the people be taught
how to prepare food without the use of milk and butter. Tell
them that the time will soon come when there will be no
safety in using eggs, milk, cream, or butter, because disease
in animals is increasing in proportion to the increase of
wickedness among men. The time is near when, because of
the iniquity of the fallen race, the whole animal creation will
groan under the diseases that curse our earth. {TSDF 13.5}
There is no safety in eating of the flesh of dead
animals, and in a short time the milk of the
cows will also be excluded from the diet of
God's commandment-keeping people. In a
short time it will not be safe to use anything
that comes from the animal creation. [written

Worship
Revelation14:7…worship him that made heaven, and earth,
and the sea, and the fountains of waters.
In this first angel's message, we are called upon to worship our Creator
who also formed this earth. There are other Bible texts which call for
us to do the same, Jeremiah 10:11,12; Psalms 95:3-6, Revelation 4:10-
11, and most importantly Exodus 20:8-11 "Remember the Sabbath day,
to keep it holy. . . For in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the
sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day; wherefore the
Lord blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it." In this message of
judgment, we are called upon to worship the Creator, who also created
the Sabbath day. Note how the Sabbath has a part in salvation,
"Moreover also I gave them My Sabbaths, to be a sign between Me
and the, that they might know that I am the Lord that sanctify them"
Ezekiel 20:12.
John 17:4 & Ps 50:23, 1 Corinthians 6:19-20
• I have glorified You on the earth.
• I have finished the work which You have given Me to

do.
• Whoever offers praise glorifies Me; and to him who

orders his conduct aright I will show the salvation of
God
• What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the
Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and
ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price:
therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit,
which are God's.
• By watching over our deeds,
words, and even our thoughts, in
order to always keep them in
harmony with God's will, we give
glory to God continuously, and
thus we obey the message of the
first angel.
• By giving glory to God in this way,
we will be transformed into His
image, and we will reflect His
glory more and more in our lives.

mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed

the Spirit of the Lord.

How do we know which day is
Now, why must we fear God and give glory
to Him?
• «For the hour of His judgment has come.»
Indeed, at present, the case of

each believer is being judged in
the heavenly sanctuary, in order
to determine the genuineness of
each conversion.
And the supreme basis of this

judgment is God's law.
Those who are living upon the earth
when the intercession of Christ shall
cease in the sanctuary above are to stand
in the sight of a holy God without a
mediator. Their robes must be spotless,
their characters must be purified from sin
by the blood of sprinkling. Through the
grace of God and their own diligent effort
they must be conquerors in the battle
with evil. While the investigative
judgment is going forward in heaven,
while the sins of penitent believers are
being removed from the sanctuary, there
is to be a special work of purification, of
putting away of sin, among God's people
upon earth. This work is more clearly
presented in the messages of Revelation
14.
When this work shall have been
accomplished, the followers of Christ will
be ready for His appearing. {GC 425.1}

the Lamb's Book of Life.

Babylon is described in Revelation 17:5 as the “mother of harlots,”
which refers to apostate religious systems or churches. If the Church
is the chaste woman faithful to her husband, then Babylon is the
opposite: that system of worship that is unfaithful to God, has a
mystery religion, and teaches and practices abominations. The harlot
daughters must then represent those churches that follow her false
teachings and subject themselves to her rule or, even worse,
officially accept Rome’s leadership as authoritative.
Rome claims to be the mother of all the churches. At the entrance of St. John Lateran
Cathedral in Rome there is a huge Latin inscription Sacrosancta Lateranensis ecclesia
omnium urbis et orbis ecclesiarum mater et caput, which translated into English
reads,
“Sacred Lateran Church. Church mother and

that is sung from the heart with the spirit and the

The Vatican II Council issued recommendations on liturgy— the
singing, prayers, congregational responses, and Scripture readings that
make up a church service. These directives discussed ways to
incorporate the whole church community in the service, making them
more involved in worship procedures.
Churches were encouraged to shift away from traditional sermons that

exhort and equip and instead concentrate on the cursory reading of
extracts from the Psalms and Gospels. They were instructed to replace
traditional hymns with popular music, modern musical instruments,
and physical movement of the congregation. Churches were also
encouraged to adapt their styles of worship to suit their cultures. The
liturgical section of the Vatican II document, Volume 1, can be
summarized as follows:
1. Get the churches accustomed to celebration terminology and the celebration
concept. Every function of the church becomes a celebration.
2. Get the churches accustomed to a revitalized style of celebration service,

encouraging a reduction of inhibition which includes physical gestures, bodily
attitudes and movement.
3. Set forth song and musical celebration services as the most effective celebrations.
4. Utilizing popular religious songs and relating music to the various cultures and the
temperaments of the people.

many churches use "signing" is as a performance; and this is a mockery to the deaf.
We shouldn't use their means of comminication as a form of entertainment. It's

The message of the fall of Babylon, as given by

The forty and two months are the same as the
"time and times and the dividing of time," three
years and a half, or 1260 days, of Daniel 7-- the
time during which the papal power was to oppress
God's people. This period, as stated in preceding
chapters, began with the supremacy of the
papacy, A.D. 538, and terminated in 1798. At that
time the pope was made captive by the French
army, the papal power received its deadly
wound, and the prediction was fulfilled, "He
that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity."

The apostle Paul warned the church not to look
for the coming of Christ in his day... Not till
after the great apostasy, and the long
period of the reign of the "man of sin," can
we look for the advent of our Lord. The
"man of sin," which is also styled "the mystery
of iniquity," "the son of perdition," and "that
wicked," represents the papacy, which, as
foretold in prophecy, was to maintain its
supremacy for 1260 years…
This period ended in 1798. The coming of
Christ could not take place before that time.
Paul covers with his caution the whole of the
Christian dispensation down to the year 1798.
It is this side of that time that the message
of Christ's second coming is to be
proclaimed… But since 1798 the book of
Daniel has been unsealed, knowledge of the
prophecies has increased, and many have
proclaimed the solemn message of the

WHAT IS THE IMAGE TO THE BEAST?
The Papacy is not merely a church, but a combination of

church and state. This is the very essence of the Papal
system. The church used the arm of the state to enforce its
dogmas, often resulting in the punishing and martyrdom of
so called “heretics”. According to this amazing prophecy,
America will take the lead in creating an “image” or replica of
the Papal system in the time before the end of the world.
The image to the beast can be likened to a person looking in
a mirror and seeing his reflected image. It is not him in
reality, but it is his exact image. So here we see a reflection
of the Papacy in apostate Protestantism. There will be a
repudiation of everything Protestantism ever stood for in the
promotion of religious liberty. The state will be employed to
enforce religious laws and the rights of individual conscience
will be sacrificed on the altar of conformity.

Perhaps the boldest thing, the most revolutionary change the
Church ever did, happened in the first century. The holy day,
the Sabbath, was changed from Saturday to Sunday. "The Day
of the Lord" (dies Dominica) was chosen, not from any
directions noted in the Scriptures, but from the Church's
sense of its own power. The day of resurrection, the day of
Pentecost, fifty days later, came on the first day of the week.
So this would be the new Sabbath. People who think that the
Scriptures should be the sole authority, should logically
become 7th Day Adventists, and keep Saturday holy.
