Inject N2 at VB-11513 to
drain PW inside
debottleneck line via
closed drain lines of HC-
C. Close the valve after
draining process.

Open VB-11512 in 5
minutes to drain PW
inside Production Heater
to ensure remaining PW
level is lower than the
debottleneck line
Tie-in Open VB-12065 to
point check if PW inside
debottleneck line is
fully drained
Drain PW inside the
debottleneck line to
Closed drain
