AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING OF THE BONDSMAN

I, WILFREDO C. MOLINA, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of San Antonio,

Northern Samar, after having been sworn in accordance with law, deposes and states:

1. That I am the bondsman of the accused DANTE TORREGOZA in Criminal

Case No. 6102 entitled “The People of the Philippines vs. DANTE
TORREGOZA, ET. AL” for violation of Section 11, Art. 11 of R.A. 9165 filed
before the Regional Trial Court Branch 10, Northern Samar;

2. That as bondsman, I hereby agree with the written conformity of the

accused that in case he jumps bail or fails to appear for trial despite due
notice, his absence will be deemed an express waiver of his right to be
present, and trial may proceed in absentia;

3. That as bondsman, I undertake to produce the body of the accused within

the period granted by the court. Failure on my part to do so, the court may
render judgment on the bond.
