5 INSPECTION REPORTS/RECORDS
Blank format of each inspection record/report are shown in the Attachment-2.
Subcontractor shall prepare all required inspection reports or records using the blank formats in
Attachment-2. If subcontractor would like to use his format instead of the format in Attachment-2,
CONTRACTOR’s approval on the format is required before use.
