REFERRED HERETO AS SUPPTEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1 FOR
CALENDAR YEAR 2016 OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF
VALENZUEUI, METROPOLITAN MANITA WHICH SHALL BE
TAKEN FROM THE GENERAL FUND/SPECTAL ACCOUNT AND
DULY CERTIFIED BY THE CITY TREASURER AS FUNDS
AVAILABLE FOR APPROPRIATION.
