I am 23 years old. I was graduated from “Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya” this year.

I have both an external qualification and internal certificates from courses. Initially I obtained
a diploma from the Minister of Education. In addition to that, I have attended a number of
language courses run by the Muhammadiyah University of Surabaya.
I speak two foreign languages well. The first, of course English. I speak fluently in English, I
also speak some German. I feel this would be useful in this work. There are a number of
reasons for my applying for this post. First, having worked as a teacher for several years, I
now feel ready to take on the challenge and responsibility of being form tutor. Furthermore, I
