Definitions:
 Stress:
- any influence that disturbs the natural equilibrium of the
living body
- a feeling of sustained anxiety which, over a period of time,

 Occupational Stress:
- A disorder associated with a job or work. The anxiety
may be expressed in the form of extreme tension and
anxiety and the development of physical symptoms such
as headache or cramps.
