Dear DAJ Member,

Voting for Democrats Abroad Japan 2019 Elections for National positions opens on Sunday, May 19.

This document consists of 2 pages.

Instructions:

Please print out the ballot and vote for each of the National Officer positions, Members-at-Large
positions, and DPCA Voting Representative for Democrats Abroad Japan.

Voting closes at 11:59 p.m. on June 14, 2019 (for faxed ballots), and as of the last, afternoon,
postal mail delivery on June 14, 2019, to the address listed on the ballot (for mailed ballots).

Voting for write-in candidates: all candidates must be a member of DAJ and, for any of the Member-
at Large positions, must reside in that region of Japan.

To vote in this election you must be

1) an American citizen;
2) 18 years of age or older;
3) a member of Democrats Abroad Japan; and
4) a resident of Japan.

Ballot counting: The Nominations and Elections Committee will count Ballots on June 16, 2019 2-3pm.

Membership notification of results: The Nominations and Elections Committee will make a full report to
the DAJ membership on June 17, 2019.
