Portal Enrollment for New Bidder

Open the URL

Click on Portal Enrollment for
New Bidder
 Enter Unique Login ID,
Password and Confirm
Password
Select Hint Question and Enter Hint
Answer.
Enter Company details.
Select Business Type, IF not available in list then select
‘Other’ and enter Business type in Textbox .

Select Type of Ownership from dropdown,

If select ‘Other’ then Textbox will appear,
and user Mandate to enter Type of
Ownership in Textbox .

Select Type Of currency ,If User Select

Indian or Both type of Currency Then
Pan card No. is mandatory to enter.

Select Type of Industry ,If User

select Other Then Textbox will
appear and User Mandate to
enter Type Of Industry in Other
Textbox
 If Other is select From Issuing
Authority then Textbox will appear
and User Have to Enter Issuing
Authority details in it.

If Micro Or Small Enterprises is select then

Enter Registration No. ,Item For which it is
required, Monetary Limit If any, Select
Issuing authority , MSE Owned By ,Validity
in DD-MM-YYYY format.
If you Select Business Type as Manufacturer then Excise duty Registration No. is
Mandatory.
If you Select Business Type as Service then Service Tax No. is Mandatory.
If you Select Business Type as Supply then TIN No. is Mandatory.

Select Item For Which Enrollment is

Sought.

Enter Registration Details.

 if "Type of Currency" is "Indian" or "Both"
Enter Bank Details. then Branch Code, IFSC Code is
Mandatory.

Enter Personal
Details.
 Accept Declaration.

Drag No. in Order like 123456.

Click On Submit Button After Enter All

Mandatory Information.
 After Clicking on Submit Button
,Enrollment details Saved
Successfully. And you will received
activation link email on your
registered email address .
After Submit Information Click on
this Link To activate Portal
enrollment.
 User is activated by clicking on Activation
link, Now User can Login and edit Enrollment
Information and can attached certificate.
Enter Username and Password,
Click On Login Button
After login user can edit information
Upload SSI Certificate.
 If Registration Details is filled
then Uploading of scan copy is
mandatory.
Click on ‘Load Signing Certificate’
Select proper Signing certificate
and click on Ok Button.
Then Click on ‘Load Encryption
Certificate’

Singing Certificate is
attached successfully
Select proper Encryption
certificate and click on Ok
Button.
 Encryption Certificate is
attached successfully

Click on ‘Check Encryption

/Decryption’
Enter Text in Input
Data and click on
Encrypt button.
Encrypted Text Displayed
.Then Click on Decrypt
button.
 Clicking on decrypt
button, certificate
popup appears ,Select
attached encryption
Certificate and click on
OK button .
Decrypted Text
displayed.
Click on Verify.
Click on OK
After Verify User go to Event
Management.
