INSTRUCTIONS DIAGRAM
1. Set up two fields, both
identical.
2. Split class evenly
3. Once the teams are split
they surround one field to
watch a demonstration.
4. Objective is to grab the
other teams 3 balls, without
being tagged in the other
field.
5. If you are tagged in the
opposing field you are to go
to there jail.
6. Ca be released from jail by
a high five from a team

to empty team jails if
they are struggling.

half at one time, if more

1. Teams of 8
2. Pass to one another to get
the ball to the other end to
score a ‘touchdown’
- 5m goal area
3. If the ball is dropped or
intercepted = turnover
4. If holding the ball for more
than 10 seconds = turnover
5. Person with ball can’t run

8. Attackers / defenders
9. Attackers start by tapping
ball on foot to start.
10. Defenders aim to ‘tag’ the
attackers (when they have
the ball).
11. If tagged they are to roll ball
