I also encountered this problem and overcome it with the following steps:
1- Uninstall all previously installed V10 software installed. Go to the
corresponding folders in the Program files and erase all items related to V10
2. Discontinue Internet Protection temporarily
3. Go to computer \ properties \ advanced environment Setting Go and remove [LSHOST
+ [Computer Name]
4. Run Sentinel RMS License Manager 8.5.1 and run Setup.exe. But instead of
installing, select the Remove option and run it
5. Run Sentinel RMS License Manager 8.5.1 and run Setup.exe. Choose and run the
install option
5. Copy the license file to the location you are looking for on the computer
6. Go back to computer \ properties \ advanced environment Setting Go and define
[LSHOST + [Computer Name]
Run the WlmAdmi file
