F. ISSUES AND CONSCERNS (Describe briefly problems encountered and how resolved)
The unexpected changes in weather like heavy rains in the afternoon greatly affected the planned projects especially those done outdoors.
That’s why works outdoors are done in the morning and those that can be done indoors are done in the afternoon.
Some problems that also challenged the activities were insufficient fund for volunteers’ food. But these were resolved when some of the
teachers initiated to donate for food.
G. LESSONS LEARNED
During the Brigada Eskwela week, the word “#malasakit” was used to instill in the mind and the heart of the community and stakeholders as
well as the school head, teachers and students, that the school will only meet its goals if “everyone” will cooperate and care for the school.
That compliance to one’s work description and position is not enough to make a school operate smoothly. What’s really needed is to have
concern or the “malasakit” for the school and for our learners’ future.
