For this challenge I feel like I have done a good job as a leader.

I didn’t just teach people but I

also learned a few things while doing this challenge. I learned how to teach other people about
information I know. When doing the challenge I had to help people with the digital design of their
robot, and I also had to help people understand the rules so that they could build their robot and
understand the competition. I learned how to run a small competition. When doing the challenge
I had to write competition rules for everything that could have occurred during a match. I also
had to figure out jobs and set up a double elimination bracket. The last thing I learned was
cooperation and teamwork skills. If I wouldn’t have worked with the other leaders to set up this
whole thing, we would have never gotten anything done. Since I stepped in to the conversations
and worked with the other leaders to the best of my ability we had a competition ready. I believe
that my team did really well. Everyone in the team put in efforts to finish our tasks and have
them ready for the competition. Matthew helped write rules, build the robot and sort kits.
Spencer helped build the robot, make the bracket and sort kits. I helped finalize the rules, sort
kits and set up the competition. Overall I feel like we worked really well as a team. There were
some things that were difficult when doing this challenge. For example when writing the rules all
of the leaders couldn’t figure out where they were, so we had to type them up again. I can’t think
of anything else that went bad. For the most part I feel like we all worked really well together
and had a good outcome overall.
