Definición de prestaciones

Performance Definition
The power output stated in the list applies to continuous running duty (S1) at nominal speed, at a maximum ambient
temperature of 40° C and at a site altitude of less than 1000 m above sea level. The armature circuit is fed with direct
current whose harmonic content does not exceed 25%.
The motor must be operated close to the nominal working point. Running the motor for a relatively long period of time
and reaching less than 60% of the nominal power results in underload operation. In this case ask ABB to take special
measures for this, otherwise the full warranty cannot be granted.
If motors are to be operated at an ambient temperature of more than 40° C or at site altitudes of more than 1000 m above
sea level, the required list power PL is the product of factors k1 or k2 and the required power P.

Factor de corrección k2
aproximadamente 1 1.07 1.16 1.27 1.55

sible

Overview
Advanced Power Simulation
The SG series represents the next generation of high power
programmable DC power supplies. Designed for exceptional load
transient response, low noise and the highest power density in the
industry. The industry leading power density is enhanced by a stylish
front air intake allowing supplies to be stacked without any required
clearance between units.

At the heart of the SG series is a 5 kW power module. Depending on

the output voltage, one to six modules can be configured in a single
chassis to deliver 5 kW to 30 kW of power. Combinations of these
chassis can then be easily paralleled to achieve power levels up to
150 kW. Paralleled units operate like one single supply providing total
system current. Available in two control versions, the SGA has basic
analog controls, while the SGI provides intelligent control features

all torque points that are to be tested, not only rated torque,
but also locked rotor and breakdown torque. Dynamometer

Open Loop Systems

Magtrol offers both open loop manual test systems and PC-based closed loop test systems. A typical open loop system will
consist of a Dynamometer and a Magtrol 6200 Open-Loop Controller. A Magtrol Single or Three-Phase Power Analyzer, which
allows for the capturing of volts, amps, watts and power factor, can be included as an option. An open loop system is often used
for quick pass/fail testing on the production line or at incoming inspection. Magtrol’s 6200 Controller provides pass/fail testing
as a standard feature.

Closed Loop Systems

In a closed loop motor test system, data is collected on a PC using Magtrol’s M-TEST Software, DSP6001 Programmable
Dynamometer Controller, and requisite interface cards and cables. Magtrol’s Model 6200 and DSP6001 Controllers compute and
display mechanical power (in horsepower or watts) in addition to torque and speed. A Single or Three Phase Power Analyzer,
a required component in a test system measuring motor efficiency, can be integrated into this system as well as Magtrol’s
Temperature Testing Hardware.
