Topic : Whole Numbers
Learning Objective : Develop number sense up to seven digits.
Learning Outcomes : By the end of the lesson, pupils are able to:
(i) Name and write numbers up to seven
digits.
(ii) Determine the place value of the digits in
any whole number of up to seven digits.
(iii) Express whole numbers in
a) decimals
b) fractions
of a million and vice versa..
Vocabulary : million, digits, conversion, place value,
explore, number patterns, multiple of 10,
simplest form, extended notation, round off

Prior/Pre Requisite Knowledge : Pupils have acquired knowledge of


i. Pupils able to convert whole
numbers in fraction and decimal.

ii. Pupils already understand about
