B. Concepts IMPACTS OF CLIMATE CHANGE

Climate change is already having a significant impact on

ecosystems, economies and communities. Rising average
temperatures do not simply mean balmier winters. Some regions will
experience more extreme heat while others may cool slightly.
Flooding drought and intense heat could result. Violent storms and
other extreme weather events could also result from the increased
energy stored in our warming atmosphere, and the ecosystem not
adapted to this change will be gradually destroyed.
We should do something before it’s too late. We should learn how
to be responsible in order to lessen the effect of global warming and
climate change, one of which is proper waste segregation.
