Reiki Bank

Whenever, wherever

Well, Reiki has the wonderful ability to travel across space – but as every practitioner knows, the
distance healing symbol can be employed to also send energy across time. Human creativity has
generated many uses for Reiki.

One such innovative use is the Reiki Bank. Think of it as a place where you, and other
practitioners, can deposit Reiki at any time, and from where you can withdraw at any time.
Simply intend for the energy to be stored when you’re in a good mood, or withdrawn when you
feel like you could use a boost. Remember, Reiki is all about intent.

Most times, a bank is set up in connection to something physical, such as a place, an image, a
song, a situation etc. This is for practical purposes, so that people can more easily connect to the
energy signature of the bank when sending or receiving Reiki.

Start beaming up some Reiki for yourself or others, for now, for later, or even for earlier. Or if
you’re under the weather, draw some Reiki from here.
 How to use the Reiki Bank?

Here’s a few simple steps.

1. Connect to the energy signature of the image above. You can do this by looking at the
image if you’re in front of your computer (or phone, tablet), or if you’re away, or in a
situation where you cannot look at the image, just intend to connect to the bank, and the
energy connection will be established.
2. If you’re depositing, start beaming energy into the Reiki Bank, with the intent that you or
anyone else can withdraw it whenever needed.
3. If you feel under the weather, start drawing energy from the bank, for your general higher
good, or for the best outcome of a particular situation.
4. Continue as long as you feel inclined to. Then, ground yourself and go about your day.

How to use the Reiki bank for free Reiki healing

 Connect to the energy of the picture above. To do this, look at the picture (if you are on your
computer, phone etc). If you cannot directly look at this picture (because you are not physically in
front of it), make the connection by intending to connect to this picture and the energy
connection will be established.
 Draw the Reiki energy from the bank by looking at the picture. Silently say to yourself "I am
open to receive the Reiki energy should it be for my higher good/ or for the best outcome of a
particular situation". Stay with the Reiki energy for as long as is needed. You may feel the
energetic vibrations of the Reiki energy throughout your body, but you may not feel anything.
This is fine, Reiki will still flow where it is needed for your highest good.
 Continue as long as you feel inclined.

 Ground yourself - bring your attention back to the present, take a few deep breaths in and out,
wiggle your hands and toes, and finally take a full body stretch. Then go about your day as
normal, knowing you have received the beautiful healing energy of Reiki.

 If you are a Reiki practitioner, feel free to top the bank up with Reiki energy. Just beam Reiki into
the picture/bank with the intent that anyone can withdraw it whenever it is needed. Many
