EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

• The main aim is to cater Indian fast food to customers via food truck.
• To provide authentic Indian flavors in the food items served.
• To serve halal non-vegetarian food to people following religious beliefs.
• The menu will include food products like vada pav, kebabs, kaathi rolls, Indian
sandwiches, various types of Biryanis, assorted desserts and refreshing drinks.
MANAGEMENT TEAM

• The food truck will include 3 people.


• The chef, cashier and server.
• The chef should have at least two years of experience in Indian cuisine.
• The server should have 1 year experience in food service.
• The cashier is responsible for the transactions and will also take the orders.
LOCATION

• The food truck will we be located at two location at two different times.
• Morning (11am-4pm) the truck will be located near Fanshawe College on the First
Street.
• Evening (6pm-10pm) the truck will be located on the Richmond Street.
• On weekends, late night food will be served outside clubs on Richmond Street.

• It aims to cater people of various ages.
