Main Dimensions (mm)

Disc valve, type ZOV, is applied for extraction of air from bathrooms, toilets and Disc Valve
the like rooms. It is made of steel sheet and plastic coated white RAL 9010. Air Type
volume flow control is performed by rotation of a central disc (item 2, in the
figure right): anticlockwise - opening, clockwise closing (throttling).

Installation instructions (see figure right):
- Installation subframe, item 3, is to be fixed by screws in the wall or duct
opening,
- Outer valve ring, item 1, together with central control disc, is to be mounted by
turning to the right; required clearance (airway size, ±s) should be set.

ZPV

Disc valve of the same application field as ZOV, but made of white-coloured
plastic. Other colours can be delivered upon special request and extra
payment. Installation as for the ZOV valve.

Air volume flow is controlled as follows:

- Central control disc, item 2, is to be turned anticlockwise for some 30°,
- Required airway size is to be set by axial motion of the central disc,
- Fix the central disc, item 2, by turning it clockwise.

Disc valve, type ZOT, is applied for supply of air into bathrooms, toilets and the like rooms.
It is made of steel sheet and it is plastic coated white RAL 9010. Installation mode and air
volume flow rate control are the same as for the ZOV type disc valve. Airflow and acoustic
characteristics of the valve are given in diagrams.

Ventilation Grille, Type OP oprema

Type OP-L Type OP-K

Ventilation grille, type OP, is applied for aeration of toilets and other smaller rooms from which unpleasant odours have to be
removed. It consists of a casing, built in an opening and fixed by fixing leaf springs. A damper blade, built in the casing, can be
rotated around vertical axis, pushed by an attached handle. The casing is made of galvanised sheet steel, with no additional
surface protection. The grille mask can be made of steel sheet, aluminium or stainless steel sheet; the material should be
specified in the order. Perforation of the mask can be linear (type OP-L) or square (type OP-K). The mask is fixed to the casing by
two sheet-metal screws.
