We were properly groomed for
the interviews. I would like to
thank Mr Shyam Muralidharan
who took my mock interview.
He was very patient. He gave a
lot of tips on how to perform
during the interviews and
highlighted the areas of
improvement as well. I couldn’t
have performed well in my
Saksoft interview without the
mock interview experience.
The mock interviews that were
conducted helped us learn
about how to crack real
interviews. I was interviewed
by Mr Alok Tiwari who’s a BABI
alumnus working for Flipkart,
which was eye-opening for me.
His pointers helped me get
shortlisted in many
companies. The group
assignments and career
workshops also were of great
help.
Like everyone, even my main
concern was placement. But
the Great lakes team has
contacts with many good
companies. If you are sincere
and perform well during the
program, you will definitely
land a job in a good company. I
can say that the mock
interviews, career fairs, and CV
reviews were quite helpful and
played a major role in my
transition.

I didn’t feel that the interviews
were that tough because of the
rigorous sessions and
learnings I had in the Great
Learning program. I had offers
from 3 companies Mahindra
and Mahindra, Jana Finance
and Kantar.
Thanks to the Data Science
and Engineering program at
Great Lakes, I had 2 offers, one
from DXC Technology and
another from Razorthink. With
the help of career support

was able to bag interviews at
both these places.
The extensive career guidance
sessions, which included CV
reviews, profile building, and
mock interviews really helped
a lot when facing actual
company interviews. All
concepts which were tested
during the various rounds of
interviews in fact were actually
taught during the program, and
I found it a lot easier to crack
the interviews.
