Introduction
Breathing exercises are beneficial for health because breathing is a big step in a
healthy lifestyle. Breathing is very good for your brain, and can reduce anxiety. With a
few small steps in your daily routine you can change your life drastically. It doesn't
take much to search up a breathing diagram and practice it everyday. You don't even
need a diagram. Just take a few seconds to inhale through your nose and exhale
through your mouth. It's that simple!
Benefits
Through breathing you remove 70% of the toxins in your
body. If you are not breathing properly the other systems
in your body would have to work much harder to do the
job of your breathing and get rid of all those toxins. This
could lead to getting sick. Deep breathing can relax your
body from tension and anxiety because it transfers
oxygen to your brain, lowering anxiety levels. Since deep
breathing removes a lot of the carbon dioxide within you
and takes in more oxygen, you are actually improving the
quality of your blood. The more you use deep breathing in
your life the stronger you are making your lungs which will
help with any potential breathing problems.
Dangers of not Deep Breathing
Numerous studies found that some people get chest pains, anxiety, and other health
problems after only 1-2 minutes of deep breathing. This is caused when not enough
deep breathing is being done. When you do deep breathing exercises it makes your
normal chest breathing act more natural and will increase your full oxygen capacity. If
you go without deep breathing you will witness shortness of breath, you will have a
shorter lifespan, and sometimes mild chest pains.
What is a Breathing Room?
A breathing room is a calm environment made for you to move and breathe
comfortably. It gives you time to recover from pressing difficulties from any situation. A
breathing room can help reduce stress and take time off from the worries in your
everyday life.
How Does Breathing Affect Your Mind?

People who use healthy and controlled breathing on a daily basis are less likely to
have higher blood pressure and a higher heart rate, also have a lower chance of
having a stroke and an aneurysm. One of the more intriguing research developments
involving controlled breathing is that when it’s used to make meditation, the result can
be an actual increase in brain size.
