R&D Experience.

1. Provided DeltaV DCS product support and technical information to customers,

Local Business Offices, Field Service Offices, and Engineering Centres in line with
installation, setup, configuration, customization, and upgrade of both Hardware and
Software components for DeltaV DCS system.
2. Resolved more than 1500 opened tickets worldwide concerning DeltaV issues which
involved simulations, Investigation analysis, upgrades, replication and
customization of customer configurations.
3. Investigated DeltaV DCS cases related to system failures and product issues to
ensure process control integrity and reliability.
4. Developed Knowledge Based Articles and operating standards for Technical
Information reference of other stakeholders.
5. Provided specialization trainings to new hires and aspiring Product Specialists
in the areas of Operator Interface (HMI) and Communications and Infrastructure.
6. Carried out site survey and upgrade evaluation projects in February 2014 at
Singapore. This included finalization of DeltaV Upgrade reports for multiple sites
inclusive of hardware, software, physical, and virtualization aspects. Developed a
standardized reporting template used as a general form for future Upgrade
Evaluation reports.
7. Performed on-site commissioning and start up support for Musandam Gas Plant in
Oman from April � May of 2013. Resolved DeltaV DCS punch list issues as part of the
turnover. Also completed network audit, upgraded the DCS system software and
patches, installed and configured new software and other ad hoc activities deemed
necessary by the plant.
8. Dedicated Technical Support Engineer for North American and Canadian Customers
