UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

O R D E R

Appearance has been made on behalf of the respondent

No.1 – State Trading Corporation (STC) and also on behalf of
the M.R.P.L. for deferment of the matter on the ground that
M.R.P.L. will seek impleadment and the respondent No.1
considers it necessary to file an affidavit. We have
considered the prayer.

The urgent interim orders that the petitioner seeks,

unless granted, will render the proceedings before this Court
infructuous. Balancing the interest of both the sides, we,
therefore, grant until the next date fixed i.e.
8th July, 2019, interim order in terms of prayer (b) with an
option to the respondent No.1 to forthwith provide bank
guarantee to cover the sum of USD 115,267,199 along with
interest awarded under the Award dated 5th June, 2017.
