ASSIGNMENT QUESTION

This assignment consists of TWO Parts: Part A (40 MARKS) and Part B (60 MARKS).

Answer both parts.

OBJECTIVE:

The objective in Part A of the assignment will provide you an opportunity to read and
analyse critically an issue related to the universal right to education. Your discussion should
be about 5 – 10 pages.

The objective in Part B of the assignment provides you the opportunity to compare and
contrast a number of significant educational issues and concerns at both the national and
international levels. You will be required to gather information from various sources and
write an extended-response report of about 15 – 25 pages.

PART A
