AMICABLE SETTLEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This settlement, made and executed in the City of Tuguegarao,

Province of Cagayan, Philippines, by and among:

1. SOTERO MIGTHOR M. TUNGCUL , of legal age,

married, Filipino citizen and with residence at Dodan,
Penablanca, Cagayan;

2. ROWIN B. LIGAS, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen

and with residence at No. 63 Arao Extension Ugac Sur,
Tuguegarao City;

WITNESSETH: THAT –

This is an agreement to settle any and all claims relating to a

Vehicular accident on May 14, 2019 at 6:20 p.m at National Higway
Caggay, Tuguegarao City between Black Toyota Vios bearing plate
No. TCQ630 driven by SOTERO MIGTHOR M. TUNGCUL and motor
vehicle black YAMAHA Mio Sole without plate number driven at that
time by ROWIN B. LIGAS;

ROWIN B. LIGAS agrees to accept the amount of TEN

THOUSAND PESOS (Php10,000.00) from SOTERO MIGTHOR M.
TUNGCUL as a full and final settlement of all claims that the former
has arising from the car accident on May 14, 2019;

SOTERO MIGTHOR M. TUNGCUL agrees to pay the amount of

TEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php10,000.00) this 22nd day of May 2019.

The parties hereby mutually, irrevocably, freely and voluntarily

release and forever discharge one another, from any and all manner
of action, causes of action, sum of money, damages, liability,
responsibility, obligation, claims and demands whatsoever in law or
equity, which they had, now have, or may have against each other,
including, but not limited to, actual, moral, exemplary and all other
damages or causes of action provided for under the law, if any,
arising, directly or indirectly, from the facts and circumstances, all of
which claims or causes of action by these presents the parties hereby
abandon and waive.

 This agreement shall not in any way be construed as an
admission on the part of any party of any fault, negligence or liability,
of whatever kind and nature, in connection with the aforementioned
accident.

The parties have read and understood the terms of settlement

agree to these terms.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the May 2019 at Tuguegarao City,

Cagayan.

BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for and in the City of Tuguegarao,

Cagayan, personally appeared SOTERO MIGTHOR M. TUNGCOL and
ROWIN B. LIGAS with their valid identification cards, known to me and to
me known to be the same persons who executed the foregoing instrument
and acknowledged to me that the same are their free act and voluntary
deed. This instrument, consisting of two (2) pages, including the page on
which this acknowledgment is written, has been signed on the left margin of
each and every page thereof by the concerned parties and their witnesses,
and sealed with my notarial seal.
