Having attended this 3 – day seminar on Facilitation Training Skills is indeed a privilege, specifically

on my part and with it I would like to share some of my impressions.

First, the seminar was very well organized in terms of structure, timeframes and contents. From
the start to the end, it went smoothly. The daily programs proceeded as planned in the schedule. The
length of lectures was just right – neither too short nor too long. All the contents were precisely relevant
to the topic of the seminar.

Second, all the speakers and facilitators were active and creative. They were flexible with time –
setting concerning the activities especially on the session guide and slide decks making and they were
much involved during the process. Moreover, they taught us, train rather, to be effective facilitators by
doing a one – on – one simulation on facilitating a training/seminar which gave us participants equal
opportunity to showcased what we’ve learned. They offered helpful assistance to the participants.

Third, the accommodation was excellent. The environment was pleasant was pleasant, smoke –
free, clean and relatively quiet. Not to mention the food which are ofcourse delicious.

It was indeed very successful and significant in the fulfillment of our goals. Though at some point
we were stressed because of some activities. And of course, kudos to the facilitators for designing this
training!
