Led the style team members and skillfully carried the increased responsibility of executing visual adjacencies and
planogram workloads in Apparel and Accessories, Mannequin, Home Trend and Focals, became a key leader of the
new operational model, and developed team members through cross-functional training which resulted in a 5% comp
in 2018. Accelerated culture of integrity and guest service focus by leading by example through each new operational
process. Trained 30+ employees in the processes of push, price changes, pulls, backstock, adjacencies, planograms,
and utilization of the “MyDevice” while maintaining a low 5% turnover rate. Directly responsible daily for leading up to
6+ team members as well as leading collaborations with the two Style Team Leads. Supported the Store Team Leader
and the Executive Team Leaders by serving as an expert in all areas of visual adjacencies, style team workload, training
and development, rapid and knowledgeable problem solving, and through relationships built across multiple
departments within the store. Managed project organization and planning for all large workload executions including a
full store remodel and 22 new brand launches and collaborations in the last two years.
