My rationale for choosing this goal is that it is a perceived area of growth. I want to create a learning
environment in where most (if not all) students will actively learn the content by critically thinking
and apply problem solving.

The PTEP supervisor will be responsible for providing guidance and support when needed.
Supervisor will conduct mini walk throughs to provide timely feedback on classroom instruction
strategies and implementation of unit plans created.
