    An organizational structure defines how activities such as task


    allocation, coordination and supervision are directed toward the
    achievement of organizational aims.
    You have opportunity to establish a medium civil engineering
    construction company to operate in Kenya. One of the tasks is to
    plan for human resource. In this regard discuss and develop a
    possible organizational structure including the responsibility at each
    level.
