150 Days after date for the value received. I/We promise to pay jointly and severally to the order of the
Golden Field Farmers Multi-Purpose Cooperative at its office located at Brgy. 01, Maria Aurora, Philippines, the sum of
FIFTEEN THOUSAND PESOS ONLY , (P 15,000.00 )
Philippine Currency, with an interest rate of TWENTY FOUR percent 24% per annum for the date hereof,
until fully paid according to the following schedule.

In case of default in the payment of any of the above stated instalment as it fell due all other immediately become due and
payable.

In case of judicial or extra-judicial enforcement of this obligation or any part of it, the debtors/ waived all their rights under the
provision of the Ruled 3, section 13 and Rule 39, Section 12 of the Rules of the Court and Borrower’s Co-Maker and endorsers shall pay
jointly and severally TWENTY PERCENT (20%) OF THE AMOUNT DUE OON THE NOTE AS Attorneys fee which in no case shall not
be less than ONE HUNDRED FIFTY PESOS (P150.00), excluding all cost and fees allowed by laws stipulated in the Mortgage Contract,
if any.

IN CASE OF DEFAULT, all unregistered COLLATERALs/REMs to be offered/submitted by, shall be assigned to Golden Field
Farmers MPC to partially secured the notes; corresponding mortgage documents for COOP safekeeping and shall be registered with
ROD.

I hereby agree and authorize GOLDEN FIELD FARMERS MPC to encumber assign or sell to any person or entity any right
which may have under the Note and/or any assignment, mortgage, lien pledge or other encumbrances constituted in favour of GOLDEN
FIELD FARMERS MPC pursuant to the provision of the Loan Agreement and this Note if any. The consent herein granted is recognized
and acknowledges by me/us as a waiver, to all intents and purposes of whatever right/ I/we may have to notice of actual encumbrance
or assignment.
