1. DESIGN BASIS

1.1. This proposal is submitted based on the following enquiry specifications.

 Feed quantity : 7500 kg/ hr (7.5 KL/Hr.)

 Specific gravity : 1.1

 Feed temperature : Ambient

 Operating hours : 16

 Initial concentration : 4%

 Steam pressure : 3.5 Kg / sq cm (g)

 Cooling water temperature: 32 Deg C

1.2. This proposal is submitted you based on the following assumptions.

 Feed shall be made available at minimum 30 Deg C.

 Steam shall be made available with more than 0.96 dryness fraction

 Feed will not have foaming tendency while boiling

 Feed pH will be ranging between 6.5 to 8

 Cooling water shall be made available at 32 Deg C at 2.5 Kg / Sq cm (g)
