Introduction
Information Technology (IT) has become a vital and integral part of every business plans.
Form multi-national corporations who maintain mainframe systems and databases to
small business that own a single computer, IT plays a role. The reasons for the
omnipresent use of computer technology in business can best be determined by looking at
how it is being used across the business world.
As of today Computerized System is very useful, it manages processes in many industrial
workplaces like companies, schools, and agencies. It simplifies paper work and reduces
processing time.
Computerized System can result into well integrated processes that can perform much
faster and more accurate compared to manual system.
Enrollment in the process of registering and identifying data of a student in a particular
school.
Student record deals with enrolment system are essential to communicate and document
such essential information of individual. A comprehensive record of individual is critical,
as this will serve as an important tool to manage during decision making with reference
to handling such situation of an individual.
The computerized application can change the slow of process in enrolment, payments and
releasing of students grades.
Grading system is design to produce inducement reward for the achievement and assists
in identifying problems if the students. It is the most commonly used in identifying
problems of the students. It is the most commonly used in computing and analysing the
performance, talent and skills of students, the important record to keep even for the
longest time for the referral and credentials of the students to enter the next level of
attaining their goals.
It is also use for analyzing one’s attitude and values. To that, it will lessen their time and
effort for computing of grades. Eventually it will avoid rushing submission of grades.
