 Our structure is made from High Strength YST 310 grade Mild Steel. The
bromine content in the steel gives its edge over the other similar grade of
steel used. The structure is heavy and sturdy enough to last for years. The high
quality Paint gives protection from rust.

Planetary gearboxes are our default gearbox for all our machines. These
gearboxes has even helical gears inside which gives tight tolerance and the
backlash is the least in the segment. This reduces tool chatter and gives you
better finish than the pulley belt gearboxes. The main reason we use these
gearboxes is they are 100% maintenance free. This reduces the machine
downtime a lot.

We Use Air cooled spindles on our standard models. These spindles are
maintenance free and runs for years without trouble. Only the bearing
requires to be changed every 3 year. Air cooled spindles are tested to be
more reliable and gives better torque than water cooled. So you can have an

We use only best quality VFD inverters in the market. Siemens/ L&T is our
favourite choice. They protect your spindle from any damages and eliminates
any risk of electrical damage to the spindles. You also get accurate RPM control
and high torque at low RPMs also.

The DSP Controller, Stepper motor drivers, power supply, and all other
electronics we use in our control system, its 100% made in India. This has the
main advantage that it can bear minor electric fluctuations so you dont have to
install a servo stabiliser separately. And being Indian made, service and repairs

The bed of the machine is made of Mild steel and covered with Reinforced
cement sheet. This gives extra strength to the bed compared to Tslot bed. .
The holes tapped with 6mm and placed at equal distances are so placed that
you will never run out of clamping positions.

This is a crucial part that saves all you control wires, thus we carefully select the
correct model and the correct plastic quality required to get that motion and
correct flexibility of wires.
