Respondents

APPLICATION TO FILE FRESH OBJECTION PETITION UNDER SECTION 13 AND ALLOWANCE

OF REASONABLE TIME FOR THE SAME

MAY IT PLEASE YOUR HONOUR:-

1. That the Petitioner is an advocate of High Court and is presently under arrest in the
subject reference and show cause notice dated 02.05.2019 was received by the
Petitioner on 07.5.2019 while inside Jail.

2. That the Petitioner was unable to advise his legal counsel due to the fact that only
Saturdays are fixed for meeting and interview with the Petitioner while in the jail

starts from the knowledge and delivery of the notice.

3. That the order to freeze the Properties was illegal and also was not confirmed by this
honourable court in accordance with law.

4. Objection petitions were already moved against the freezing order of DG NAB but they
are inadequate to cover further illegalities and do not contain complete version of the
Petitioner.

5. That the Petitioner is behind the bars but he enjoys rights in accordance with law and
reasonable opportunity and not to be condemned unheard.

6. That the court has ample power and jurisdiction to entertain this Petition as the
accused is under detention by NAB Multan and on remand by the order of this
Honourable Court dated 12.02.2019.
Prayer

Under the circumstances it is most humbly prayed that the Petitioner may be allowed to
file fresh objection Petition by allowing reasonable time of atleast 7 days so that he may
consult his legal advisors and may also be afforded opportunity of reasonable time during
meeting with the lawyer and number of meetings so that he may be able to defend his case.
