WORK EXPERIENCE
Retail Store: Lovisa (1 year)

 I learned how to convince our customers to buy our product by


telling them the features and benefits of it. Similarly, I can use
this skill when working with a campaign for a brand. I can
highlight the unique selling point of the product /brand and
create a compelling campaign around it.
 I was also exposed to a lot of customer interaction which made
me more confident in talking to the public. This will help me in
future campaign pitches.

Food and Beverage: Wheeler’s Estate (5-6 months)

 I was conditioned to work in a hectic and fast paced


environment. This will leverage me to integrate better in the
media industry as a copywriter as they are expected to
produce good quality works within a short period of time,
depending on the clients.

 Working in F&B would also mean countless customer
complains and we were taught how to address the customers
complains. I can adopt this situation in the company as the
client may not always agree with our work or they may think
that our work did not meet their criteria. Hence, during these
crises I would be able to cope and know what to do.

me to work efficiently in producing

I might be taking on 2-3 projects at once.
