 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

After studying numerous theoretical concepts during the various coursework's of my BBA
program of Pokhara University, Nepal understanding the practical implication and
applications is the next step in the learning process. The BBA internship program provides
an opportunity for such steps. In due course of completing my internship project and
compiling this report I came to learn about the general banking and consumer satisfaction
did analysis the performance of the Prime Commercial Bank Limited.

This report is based on the practical working experience at "The Prime Commercial Bank
Limited " as a part of internship program. Prime commercial Bank is the Nepal 21st
commercial Bank, with a vision of touching the life of each and every individuals and
organizations by providing quality banking services at a competitive pricing. PCBL was
registered in the office of the company register Kathmandu under the ministry of industry,
commerce and supping 2064/04/01 B.S in accordance with the company act 2063 of Nepal.
The banks are concerned with rendering quickly and promote banking services to the
customers, to make a qualitative lending in the Nepalese market to support all kinds of
business including personal needs of the Nepalese citizens.

Unlike other banks, Prime Commercial Bank Limited (PCBL) focuses on the specialization
rather than generalization of the interns. Even though interns are not job holders, they are
given the opportunity to work as if they are assigned personnel in that post. Three months
period of internship in CSD and ATM was an invaluable opportunity to gain the overall
knowledge of bank and the operations involved in it. This report, therefore, explains how
customers of PCBL were entertained and its operational procedure.
