PROPOSAL FOR AUTOMATIC FEED SYSTEM

To maintain hopper level by regulating material flow rate

OVERVIEW

Ittehad Energy is pleased to submit a proposal to automatically maintain hopper level. The system will improve the
process not only in term of production but also shall decrease the stoppage time caused by manual opening and
closing of feed valve. The system will also indicate if the hopper level is too high or too low (custom set) by setting off
an alarm.

The Objective

 Need #1: Maintain the desired in range level of hopper

 Need #2: Notify abnormal hopper level
 Need #3: To regulate material flow rate as per process need

The Opportunity

The Current system has to be manually operated to open or close feed valve to regulate flow rate as per the
process. This regulation is un-calculated which does not always maintains the correct flow causing unproductivity.

The Solution

 Recommendation: We are suggesting, based on our Industrial Automation expertise, to install our fully automatic
feed system adaptive to harsh industrial environment.

OUR PROPOSAL-TECHNICAL
Proposed is the PLC based control valve system which shall maintain in range hopper level and the flow rate for later
processes. The Scheme of the system is shown below:
