passed in VT.

My name is Chloe, I am a highschool senior in Vermont, and I support the abortion protection
bill. Safe, legal abortion is not only necessary health care, but it is a human right. The fact that Commented [2]: I would put a little bit more in about

Supporters of The Heartbeat Bill- and other similar bills- are saying the meaning of these bans
is to “protect the unborn children.” The supporters of the bans are completely neglecting the
person who would be carrying that child. There aren’t even exceptions for incest or rape.
Women are dying because of the abortion bans. The Vermont protection bill would preserve the
abortion rights we already have while preventing any changes from occurring. Abortion
protection is something we need immediately and I’m grateful Vermont is putting it into action.
