¼ C. Warm Water (110 degrees)-Do this back in kitchen with water thermometer
2 Eggs
1. In the mixer bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let it stand until creamy,
about 10 minutes. CALL ME OVER TO CHECK. (Host should keep time.)
2. Combine into the yeast mixture the buttermilk, the eggs, softened butter,
sugar, baking powder, salt and 2 cups of the flour and stir well.
3. Stir in the remaining flour, ½ cup at a time, beating well after adding. Dough
should remain soft and slightly sticky. (Go get extra flour for kneading.)
4. When the dough has pulled together, turn it onto a lightly floured surface
and knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes. (Host should keep
time.)

1. After you are done kneading, divide the dough in half and roll each half into
a 12x7 inch rectangle shape on counter top.
2. Divide mixture in ½ so both pieces are even. Spread each half with
softened butter (Use Pastry Brush) and then sprinkle on white sugar and
cinnamon.
3. Roll up halves of the dough, beginning at the wide side. Seal well by
pinching seams. (GET A SHARP BUTCHER KNIFE FROM DEMO TABLE)Cut
each roll into 4 slices.

PACK DOWN
1. Coat each baking pan with melted butter and brown sugar. Place the 8
slices in the pan; leave a small space in between each roll if possible.
2. Cover with foil and let it rise overnight. WRITE GROUP NAME ON FOIL.
